The hotel rooms were refreshingly spacious to work out in, but unfortunately, they were dirty upon arrival. The lack of cleanliness, from M&Ms on the floor to hair all over the bathroom, was disappointing. The outdated room decor needs a makeover, and noise insulation should be improved. The service was a mix of friendly and unprofessional encounters, with some staff members being rude and nonchalant. The location was attractive but in need of maintenance attention, despite being a nice spot in New Brunswick. The dining experience was hit or miss, with some subpar meals and others being excellent. Overall, the hotel has potential but requires significant improvements.
